DEER CAMP® Chicory is highly sought after and used as substitute for coffee in Asian cultures, added flavoring for coffee based blends, added flavors to our DEER CAMP® Coffee blends, Deer Camp® Coffee BBQs seasoning rubs, and seasoning lines. 

Made from the root of the European Endive plant. Cut into slices, kiln dried and roasted in the same manner as coffee. Chicory has a sweetened flavor not unlike sweeter flavor cocoa.  New Orleans is world famous for it dark roasted coffees laced with chicory. 

Roasted and ground.   Also used for other beverage products.
